Q. What is the check-in time?
Please arrive after 3pm. Please check the details in the email you will receive from Airbnb after your reservation is confirmed. At the same time, we will notify you via Airbnb email that your reservation has been completed.
Q. What is the check-out time?
Please leave the inn by 11am. We will send instructions in advance on how to check out via Airbnb’s email system to avoid any inconvenience to our guests.
Q. Is it possible to stay consecutive nights?
Yes, it is possible. Please refer to the vacancy calendar posted on Airbnb.
Q. The number of guests has changed after booking. What should I do?
Please contact us through Airbnb’s email system. However, depending on the timing of your request, bedding may not be ready in time. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Q. Are any meals provided?
We do not have it. There are many attractive shops in the neighborhood, so we will inform you of resaturants information by email or other materials.
Q. Is there a convenience store nearby??
There are many within walking distance, so we will inform you on the information map etc.
Q. Do you have a refrigerator??
Yes, we have one mid-size refrigerator. Feel free to use the refrigerator for the drinks and groceries you purchased.
Q. I would like to keep my luggage before and after check-in.
Currently not supported. Please use a coin locker at the station.
